Amuse Bouche

This can be translated from French to mean “amuse the mouth” or more generally, to please guests’ palates with a small flavorful taste. Frequently, this might serve to stimulate the appetite or simply hint at flavors to come in the next meal course(s). 

First Course - Hors d'oeuvre

This course begins to set up the experience.

Second Course - Soup

Usually made with seasonal ingredients but includes carrot, pumpkin, red pepper, or tomato basil

Third Course - Fish or Chicken

A mini entree to wow you of either cod or halibut or medallions of chicken breast in lemon sauce

Fourth Course - Salad

An elegant, layered light Caesar salad or stacked salad of greens and beets

Fifth Course - Palate Cleanser

A cooling and delicious sorbet to cleanse the palate for the main course - the entree, usually lemon with basil or mint

Sixth Course - Entree

An elegant and bold dish that serves as the main course.  It is not only beautiful but filling and flavorful usually scallops, lamb chops, or chateaubriand 

Seventh Course - Dessert

A stunning and sweet ending to an awesome evening of chocolate creations or stunning cheesecakes
